1. 24 hours or less for CANCELLATION and / or to RESCHEDULE You will loose your deposit and have to rebook.

   please use the appointment reminders for rescheduling so you don’t loos your deposit. ( there are no exceptions you will loose your deposit)

2. There is a 15-minute grace period, if your later than that, you will need to rebook.

3. A no call no-show will be charged the full amount of the service and will be unable to book online going forward.

I send reminders via text and emails, so please make sure these are correct.

The full amount will be owed at the end of service.

Those reminders will allow you to reschedule without losing your deposit. (unless it's after the 24 hr.)

You will lose your deposit and have to rebook and pay another deposit.
