BUFF GLOW CLUB MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Buffalo Skincare Therapy(“Buffalo Skincare Therapy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the undersigned member (“Member,” “you,” or “your”).
By enrolling in the Buff Glow Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Members select one of the following monthly "Skin Strategy"
Tier 1: Bio-Reset ($125/mo) | (1) 60-min Custom Facial with Extractions & LED.
With the ability to level up to tier 2 or 3

Facial credits expire monthly,they do not roll over, and must be used within the applicable billing month.
Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled Member.

Members receive 10% off all professional-grade retail products for the life of the membership, provided the membership remains active and in good standing. Discounts may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.

Priority Booking Status: Members receive priority access to the schedule; however, specific availability is not guaranteed.
It is the Member’s responsibility to schedule appointments in advance to ensure the facial credit is redeemed within the applicable month.
Unused facial credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.

Cancellation is not permitted during the initial three-month commitment period.
After the initial commitment, Members may cancel with a minimum of seven (7) days written notice prior to the next billing date.
No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused services.

Members may pause their membership for up to two (2) months per calendar year.
Pauses are not permitted during the initial three (3) month commitment period.
Benefits are suspended during the pause period and resume upon reactivation.

Failed Payments: Members have five (5) business days from a failed charge to update the payment method.
Administrative Fee: If payment is not successfully processed within 5 business days, a $50 administrative fee will be charged in addition to the outstanding balance.
Suspension: Buffalo Skincare Therapy reserves the right to suspend all benefits, including retail discounts, until the account is brought current.
